Our experienced Chef Tony has been creating and cooking  for 45 years! Historic Cedar Knoll proudly features his exclusive signature dishes:

The Spanish Paella Valenciana- a combination of shrimps, scallops, and mussels served with green peas, sweet pimentos, chorizo, boneless chicken, and beef simmered in saffron rice with lobster tail at your request.

The Roast Duck-  served with cognac sauce and sweet grilled fruit over a bed of rice
